and Assumption of Risk
Pamplin Historical Park (PHP) offers a Civil War Adventure Camp (Camp) located on the Park premises for participants age 8 and older. I have read the “Volunteer Enlistment Information” pamphlet prepared by PHP about the Camp, including but not limited to the rules and regulations.
Terms:
Participants agree to hold harmless Pamplin Historical Park and its
agents, from any and all liability arising from Camp participation.
PHP reserves the right to photograph and/or film camp activities. Participants
release all photography and film-usage rights
to PHP.
Permission to participate: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have
received and understand the terms, rules and regulations
of the Civil War Adventure Camp, and I authorize my child to participate
(if applicable).
